Yes — when you cancel your RememberPills subscription, your payment information is removed from our system. We use Stripe, a bank-level secure payment processor, to handle all billing. We never store your actual card number on our servers. Canceling your account removes your Stripe billing profile entirely. You will not be charged after cancellation.
Easy. From your dashboard, add a new profile for your family member or friend — enter their name, email address, and/or phone number. Then create reminder alerts under their profile. They'll receive the reminders directly to their email or phone. You manage everything from your account, and they don't need to sign up or log in to anything. One account, one monthly fee — reminders go wherever they need to go.
We'll send you a reminder 5 days before your trial ends so you're never caught off guard. If you choose not to continue, all reminders will pause and no charge will be made. You'll also receive a notice on the day reminders stop, and a follow-up 3 days later. To keep your reminders running, simply stay on the $1.99/month plan — that's it.
No app download required — ever. RememberPills works through email and text alerts, so it works on any phone, any carrier, anywhere in the country. If you'd like a home screen icon that works like an app, our site is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — just tap "Add to Home Screen" from your browser and it installs in seconds.
Absolutely. You can create separate profiles for each person — mom, dad, a friend, yourself — each with their own set of reminders, their own schedule, and their own contact information. Each person gets their own reminders sent directly to them. You see and control everything from one dashboard.
You can set reminders to go out daily, weekdays only, weekends only, weekly, or on a fully custom schedule — for example, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each reminder has its own schedule, so you can mix and match across different medications or people on the same account.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no forms, no hassle. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you won't be billed again. Your reminders will continue through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Yes. RememberPills is designed with privacy in mind. We only store the information you give us — a name, an email or phone number, and a reminder label (like "Blood Pressure Pill"). We do not store medical records, diagnoses, or prescription details. Our platform is HIPAA-conscious and we never sell or share your personal information with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. Your card is saved at signup but not charged until after your 30-day free trial ends. You can update or remove your payment method at any time from your account settings.
Yes — and we make it easy. When a subscription lapses, everyone who was receiving reminders through that account gets a notification with a direct link to sign up for their own RememberPills account. That way nobody misses a dose just because the original account holder didn't renew. Each person can start their own 30-day free trial independently.
