1. Service Description

RememberPills.com provides a medication reminder service that delivers scheduled email and text notifications. RememberPills is a reminder service only — we are not a medical provider, pharmacy, prescriber, or healthcare organization. Nothing in our service constitutes medical advice.

2. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup to verify your account — you will not be charged during the trial. After 30 days, the credit card you enrolled with will be automatically charged $1.99/month. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and owe nothing. We will send a reminder 5 days before your trial expires.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for entering accurate reminder information
• You must obtain consent from anyone whose contact information you enter
• RememberPills reminders are a supplement to — not a replacement for — your own medication management
• You must not rely solely on RememberPills for critical medical timing

4. Limitation of Liability

RememberPills provides reminders on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to factors outside our control (carrier failures, spam filters, phone outages). RememberPills is not liable for any health outcomes, missed doses, or medical consequences resulting from missed or delayed reminders.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RememberPills to send unsolicited messages, harass individuals, or circumvent opt-out requests. Accounts found in violation will be terminated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
